Subscriptions are billed securely through PayPal, while credits and plan status stay tied to your private Foundation Men account.
How do plan credits work?
Basic renews 200 credits and Pro renews 800 credits each month. Annual plans are billed once per year but still renew credits monthly.
Do new accounts still receive free credits?
Yes. A newly verified account receives 8 one-time complimentary credits before choosing a paid plan.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Manage eligible plan changes from the subscription page in your dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund on a subscription?
If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not substantially used paid features, we will refund that payment in full. If you request a refund within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used paid features since that renewal, we will refund the renewal. Otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.
What if something goes wrong on your side?
If a paid action fails because of a problem on our side, we will restore the credits used or refund the charge.
How do I request a refund?
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and include your order ID or receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show them.
How is my payment processed?
Payments are processed by PayPal, and orders are sold by 上海微观思索科技有限公司（Shanghai Weiguan Sisuo Technology Co., Ltd.）.
